PESCO-BEAM designs and builds systems which recover useable, clean lubricating oils and diesel fuel from dirty, used crankcase oils, hydraulic oils, mist oils, and other contaminated oils through evaporation. These systems are usually built of 304 stainless steel, they are skid mounted and completely assembled .

Each component is inspected and remanufactured as needed, or custom fabricated to meet your unique challenge and specification. PESCO-BEAM has a unique approach to Oil Recycling combining many aspects that no other company in the world duplicates.
Our systems are controlled by modern PC/PLC control systems and can function completely automatically. They can also be monitored from our PESCO-BEAM offices.
Used oil can be re-refined over and over again and is subject to the same stringent refining, compounding and performance standards as virgin oil. In the USA, it carries the API Service Symbol “donut”.
It is easier and cheaper to recycle used oil than to make new oil from crude. One gallon of used oil can produce the same amount of motor oil as 42 gallons of crude oil – while requiring about a third of energy.
75 of the all the used motor oil in 1997 (750 million gallons) that found its way to processors for treatment was recycled and marketed to:
