Custom Design

PESCO-BEAM custom designs and fabricates transportable industrial sized environmental systems. The PESCO-BEAM staff has the knowledge and the experience to address your unique chemical processing needs. Our innovative approach will save you time and money. All of our systems are built to be transported from our shop to your facility, plumbed into your infrastructure and commissioned. These systems can be easily moved over the road, by rail, or in containers for trans-oceanic shipment.

Equipment (New and Refurbished)

If your needs are for off the shelf, custom designed and retrofitted pieces of equipment call PESCO-BEAM. We have a large inventory of components and our fabrication shop is prepared to meet your needs - from retrofitting through total manufacturing. Also, PESCO-BEAM is in constant touch with owners and brokers of new and used equipment. If you need distillation columns, evaporators, SS tanks or reactors, heat exchangers, boilers, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, or other ancillary equipment, call PESCO.

Operator Training

Don’t let the lack of a seasoned technical staff stop you from capitalizing on profitable chemical streams.

PESCO-BEAM has a pool of highly trained and experienced operators, who can manage and run your system or train your operators. If you have just acquired a new system, or need qualified operators for your existing process, PESCO-BEAM can make our operators available on a short term or long term fixed fee basis. We also can provide you with operating manuals and process logs.

System Trouble Shooting

If your existing system is not performing to your expectations, or if you would like to increase capacity, PESCO-BEAM engineers can perform a thorough on-site analysis of your system. For a modest fee, PESCO-BEAM will send an engineer to your facility to gather data and review your system. Then we will analyze each component, as well as the whole system, to determine optimum performance with your current components. We will then suggest component changes along with new estimated performance levels.

PESCO-BEAM can generate detailed analysis of your system coupled with trouble shooting and de-bottlenecking recommendations. PESCO-BEAM can also perform on-site system modifications to bring your plant to its full potential.

Then we will provide you with a CAD flow diagram, a narrative report, and suggestions as to how your system can be improved, along with estimated costs for those changes.

Should you determine that your existing system needs to be modified, the PESCO-BEAM fabrication crew is ready to come to your facility to accomplish the necessary retrofit. Our crew will come equipped with all the necessary tools, equipment and parts to make plant changes in record time. Then a PESCO-BEAM technician or engineer can assist in start-up to get the system performing at the anticipated rate.
